1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Inpulze platform (available at inpulze.app and any associated mobile applications) (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. The Platform and Services

Inpulze is a social music platform. The Platform enables users to discover music through a social discovery feed, join live synchronous listening rooms, and participate in real-time chat.

Inpulze is not a music streaming service. We do not host, distribute, or license music content. Music playback is facilitated through third-party integrations (including but not limited to Spotify). Your access to music through the Platform is governed by the terms of those third-party services.

4. Coins and Virtual Economy

Coins are virtual currency usable exclusively within the Inpulze Platform. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to violate any applicable law, impersonate any person or entity, or scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Platform without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INPULZE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
